Our facility is rented by the Yuille Park Community College where they run their Young Mums program, giving young mums a chance to further their education and learn crucial life skills in a safe and friendly environment.

I was contacted by Shane and the SJD Foundation in regards to starting a Mens Shed in Delacombe using land at the back of the Delacombe Community House. As we proceeded towards the building of this shed we realized that the positioning of the shed at Delacombe site would not work and we have now approached DHS, Ballarat City Council and Ballarat Community Health in our quest. If it hadn't been for Shane and the SJD Foundation's support the Delacombe Mens Shed would still be a dream.

The Foundation also supports the Serenity Common Equity Housing Co-operative by allowing us to hold our meetings at the House which means our work in supplying low cost housing can continue.
